Shenzhen Forum, the kernel of CIEP System, will focus on such major topics as strengthening national strategic scientific and technological strength, building world-class human resources center and innovation powerhouse, enhancing technological innovation capacity of enterprises, stimulating the vitality of personnel innovation and improving technological innovation systems and mechanisms. Relevant leaders, foreign experts, top-notch scientists and well-known entrepreneurs will be invited to attend and carry out discussions and exchanges.

During CIEP 2023, “Shenzhen Forum: Global Sci-Tech Innovation Cities” will be held. Leaders of Ministry of Science and Technology will be invited to deliver keynote speeches. Leaders (heads) of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the worldwide major innovation city agglomerations will make thematic presentations.
