In light of the epidemic situations, science and technology diplomats of some Chinese diplomatic missions overseas will be invited to conduct field research and exchange in some provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across China, expound on status quo of science and technology innovation and personnel exchanges in their host countries, and provide suggestions for local science and technology authorities, enterprises and public institutions to carry out international cooperation.
