Special conferences will probe into the key points and difficulties in scientific and technological innovation and personnel work. Science and technology authorities, professional associations, societies and social forces will be invited. Policy release conferences, seminars and symposiums of related fields will be held, and relevant professionals will be invited to carry out discussions.

During CIEP 2023, policy release mechanism will be set up. Significant local and national policy documents and research reports on scientific and technological innovation, personnel exchanges and construction of open innovation ecosystem will be released during CIEP 2023. Relevant personnel from Ministry of Science and Technology and local science and technology departments (committees and bureaus), who will gather in Shenzhen, will be invited to attend policy seminars, thereby providing references for policy enforcement.
