With focus on key role of scientific and technological innovation in an unimpeded loop, oriented to problems and market demands, CIEP 2023 will focus on basic and applied scientific research, as well as major issues, hot issues and industrial development needs of economic and social development. Small-scale, multi-batch and precise events will be held according to the actual conditions of cooperators. Overseas experts, scholars and technology holders with different academic and technical backgrounds will be invited to profoundly exchange views with Chinese cooperators.
